VOLUME 2, HANDBOOK OF GOD THE FATHER

SPECIAL CONCLAVE AND GREAT ECUMENICAL COUNCIL

HOLY BIBLE: Gospel of Saint Matthew, Chapter 16, Verse 18: “And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

On a special day only known to God the Father, in the aftermath of the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience) and after the Great Miracle of Garabandal (Spain) has happened during the six and a half weeks reprieve (Conversion period), Papa God will pave the way, making possible a Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council to be convened so that a new Pope may be elected to the Holy Chair of Saint Peter.

All loyal Cardinals and Bishops selected for attending the Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council will include holy representatives of both the Roman Catholic Church and Orthodox Church, as part of the Universal Holy Mother Church.

All loyal Cardinals and Bishops will be brought together by miraculous transport to a designated location chosen by Almighty God.  There may also be several holy priests selected as attendees of this Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council, who will be miraculously transported as well to the designated location.

In the presence and sight of all the loyal Cardinals and Bishops, God will provide a supernatural sign indicating His chosen priest son, “Peter the Roman,” for the holy role of Supreme Pontiff of Holy Mother Church.

Almighty God fully expects that one of the primary acts of the newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, in union with all those present, the loyal Cardinals and Bishops, is to welcome into full communion the holy representatives and all believers of the Orthodox Church with the Roman Catholic Church.

The holy representatives of the Orthodox Church will be asked to make public Professions of Faith and Allegiance with the Vicar of Christ.

An official Proclamation should be made declaring the HEALING of the Great Schism between the Roman Catholic Church and Orthodox Church.  This official Proclamation will formally end the almost 1,000 years of division in Christianity and should include the universal recognition of the Unified Feast Day for the celebration of the Solemnity of Easter Sunday in Holy Mother Church.

There will be present holy representatives of the chosen people of God, Jewish Rabbis, as well as holy representatives of the diverse Protestant Christian denominations.  All selected persons will also be brought together, miraculously transported, to the designated location chosen by Almighty God for the Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council.

Almighty God fully expects that the newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, on behalf of the Universal Holy Mother Church, invite and welcome these Godly men, as holy representatives of all believers in God of Judaism and Protestant Christianity, into full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.

God the Father invites the Jewish Rabbis to publicly declare their acceptance of His Dearly Beloved Son, Jesus Christ, as the Jewish Messiah, thereby breaking the almost 2,000 year old generational curse upon the Jewish people.  God desires the Jewish Rabbis to publicly acknowledge the various scripture verses and passages in the Old Testament that foreshadow the coming of the Jewish Messiah fulfilled in Jesus Christ.  God also desires the public acceptance of the Nicene Creed by the Jewish Rabbis.

God invites the Protestant Christian ministers and leaders to specifically and publicly declare Ninety-Five (95) Theses of Holy Love for Papa God, Jesus Christ (especially, His Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament), Holy Mother Mary, and the Communion of Saints.  These Ninety-Five Theses of Holy Love should affirm all the doctrines and dogmas, including traditional teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.  This affirmation will heal the Protestant apostasy and schism caused by the Ninety-Five (95) Theses posted by apostate Martin Luther, which also brought about the breaking away of the Anglican denomination over the issue of inviolability on dissolution of sacramental marriage about 500 years ago.

Almighty God fully expects that the newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, in union with all those present, solemnly affirm the encyclical letter of dearly beloved Pope Benedict XVI, as part of the official Magisterium (teaching authority) of the Holy Catholic Church.  Our Holy Father spent three years in deep prayer asking God to enlighten him with His Holy Spirit, which resulted in his solemn declaration of the Fifth Marian Dogma on the Solemnity of the Annunciation, March 25, 2022, based upon his knowledge of the complete and accurate documentation of this Marian dogma which lies in the archives of the Vatican.  Our Holy Father confirmed the Blessed Virgin Mary as the spiritual Mother of all peoples and that Her three main roles as Co-Redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate enable Her to fully exercise Her spiritual motherhood for all mankind throughout salvation history.

The encyclical states: “The Blessed Virgin Mary is our Mother in the order of grace, Co-Redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate, whose motherhood is universal and has been addressed to all peoples and races since the creation of the world, beginning with the salvation accomplished by her Son Jesus Christ.  In the face of the unprecedented crisis of faith, family, society and peace that characterizes the present state of humanity, the intercession of the Mother of God is needed today more urgently than ever…  I am convinced that this papal definition of the spiritual motherhood of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be an extraordinary remedy for the current global crisis that threatens humanity”, and the encyclical is signed: Benedict PP. XVI, Shepherd of Shepherds.

On behalf of Almighty God, I, “a soul”, appeal for the fulfillment of the divine request made through Mary, Our Lady of Fatima, for the Consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart, according to the instructions given through the late visionary, Sister Lucia Santos of Fatima.  I urge that the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary be completed within the six and a half weeks reprieve, after the Great Warning has happened on earth.  Those six and a half weeks are the BEST TIME to complete this Public Act to God, because satan and all the evil spirits will be fully locked up in hell and unable to interfere at all with mankind on earth.

The newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, and loyal Bishops of the Roman Catholic Church, must openly act on behalf of all mankind by completing the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart, which asks the direct formal intervention of God and Heaven, in order to help mankind at its most desperate and most dire moment in salvation history.  The completion of this Public Act of the Consecration of Russia has the attached Sacred Promise by God to bring about lasting peace on earth and goodwill among all peoples through the universal recognition of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

As part of fulfilling this Great Act of the Consecration of Russia, God will provide the full and complete Third Secret of Our Lady of Fatima, which His Holiness, Peter the Roman, should then solemnly reveal to the Holy Catholic Church and the entire world.

On behalf of Almighty God, I, “a soul”, invite the newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, in union with all those present, holy priests, to perform a formal and public Rite of Exorcism upon the heart and soul of the world.  Thereby exorcising all evil so the world may be permanently free of evil, invoking the protection of Saint Michael Archangel, the commander and leader of the host of holy angels, and Saint Joseph, the foster father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, known as “Terror of demons” and the Restrainer of the man of lawlessness, the antichrist (Holy Bible, New Testament, 2nd Thessalonians, Chapter 2.)  (NOTE: In the Appendix are several deliverance prayers, which may be adapted for use in this formal Rite of Exorcism of the world.)

Specifically, I invite the newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, in union with all those present, holy priests, to perform the formal and public Rite of Exorcism of the world, seeking divine forgiveness and reparation for the collective mortal sins of mankind throughout salvation history.  Most especially, modern-day mortal sins, including the abuse and murder of innocent life and unborn infants, destruction of traditional marriages and families, all the blasphemies uttered against Our Holy Mother Mary, and all the atrocious sacrileges committed in Holy Mother Church, especially against Our Lord Jesus Christ, in the Most Holy Eucharist, and, in particular, the grave sin of Holy Communion received in the hand by the un-ordained and laity, etc.

Almighty God has indicated that He would like the Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council to conclude with the celebratory recognition of Our Lord Jesus Christ as the Eternal Divine Bridegroom, Who Is Returning for His Eternal Holy Bride, the New Jerusalem, in His Second Coming, on a future day only known to Papa God.  The Second Coming will be a Great Day taking place very soon to this current generation, immediately before the commencement of the Glorious Era of Peace, lasting 1,000 years on the New Earth, known as the 7th Day of Creation and the 7th Age of Holy Mother Church.

As part of the public celebrations, God will provide to the newly chosen Pope, His Holiness, Peter the Roman, a list of holy persons whom should be raised to the glories of the altar, worthy of veneration and devotion, declared and confirmed officially in Sainthood in Holy Mother Church.  Amen.

Footnote (1): Our Lord Jesus Christ has confirmed that similar to the Great Miracle of Garabandal (Spain), Papa God will make it mystically and physically possible so all people in the world will be able to witness the Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council — televised — as it is convening and really happening — live — at the designated location selected by Papa God.  All peoples will be able to witness this great event of salvation history through television screens, computer monitors, internet devices, cell phones, etc.

Footnote (2): It is also my understanding the confidential documents our holy father, Pope Benedict XVI, wrote prior to his holy death for publication, but were destroyed by his enemies, will be miraculously provided by God and will be read out loud to all attendees at the Special Conclave and Great Ecumenical Council.  The confidential documents will be read out loud prior to Heaven revealing God’s choice for the Great Marian Pope, Peter the Roman.

RELEVANT PAPAL PROPHECIES (Messages, 1-4):

(M1) Saint Malachy (11th Century), From the Prophecies of the last 112 Popes:

The Final Pope: “In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Petrus Romanus [Peter the Roman], who will feed his flock amid many tribulations; after which the seven-hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people. The End.” (Note, the seven-hilled city is Rome, the seat of the Vatican).

(M2) Venerable Father Bartholomew Holzhauser (17th Century): “No one will be able to pervert the word of God since, during the sixth period [Sixth Church Age], there will be an Ecumenical Council which will be the greatest of all councils. By the grace of God, the power of the Great Monarch, the authority of the Holy Pontiff, and the union of all the most devout princes, atheism and every heresy will be banished from the earth. The Council will define the true sense of Holy Scripture, and this will be believed and accepted by everyone.”

(M3) Saint Seraphim of Sarov (Russian Orthodox Church) (18th Century): Final Ecumenical Council: “to unite and reunite all the holy Churches of Christ against the growing anti-Christian tendency under a single Head, Christ the Life-Giver, and under a single Protecting Veil of His Most Pure Mother, and to deliver to a final curse against the whole of Masonry and all the parties similar to it (under whatever names they may appear), the leaders of whom have one common aim: under the pretext of complete egalitarian earthly prosperity, and with the aid of people who have been made fanatical by them, to create anarchy in all states and to destroy Christianity throughout the world.”

(M4) Abbot Werdin D’Orante (12th Century): “The Great Monarch and the Great Pope will precede Antichrist… The Pope will go over the sea carrying the sign of Redemption on his forehead.”
