EXPLANATION OF END TIMES PROPHECIES: PUBLIC COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY:
CONSECRATION OF RUSSIA TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

This chapter presents the various means that mankind must act upon in order to avert or lessen the severity of the conditional Great Chastisement (Three Days of Darkness).  It is broken down into several Subchapters which address both the collective actions and personal actions that mankind is responsible for doing before God.

SUBCHAPTER I. PUBLIC COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY: CONSECRATION OF RUSSIA TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

Section 1: What is the Consecration of Russia?  The Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, which has been requested by Heaven through the Blessed Virgin Mary, is a Public Act of Prayer.  This formal invocation must be completed by the Roman Catholic Church, acting on the free will behalf of all mankind, so that God and Heaven may directly intervene in the world affairs of humanity to challenge and overthrow the dominion of satan and hell on earth.

I “a soul” solemnly state: the FIRST STEP humanity MUST TAKE to TRY TO AVERT or even LESSEN THE SEVERITY of the Three Days of Darkness by Almighty God, is that the Supreme Pontiff, Vicar of Christ, in union with all holy Bishops, of the Roman Catholic Church, MUST complete the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, thereby, fulfilling all instructions of Our Holy Mother at Fatima (Portugal) in 1917.  The Blessed Mother promised that by way of this Consecration, the world would finally experience universal peace ushering in the “Triumph of Her Immaculate Heart”.  This is fully in accordance to what was revealed to me by Saint Gabriel Archangel in January 2017.

Almighty God performed the Miracle of the Sun, witnessed by over 70,000 people, on October 13, 1917, at Fatima, Portugal, as His Supernatural Stamp of Approval for the validity and authenticity of the Marian apparitions.  The Miracle of the Sun was provided by Heaven, so the pope and hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church would both listen and act in obedience to God’s directives.  Almighty God desired to unveil a sacred reality of Heaven to His beloved children, mankind, on earth: a sacred reality that already exists, and has always existed, and is fully known and accepted by all the Saints and all the holy Angels in Heaven.  This heavenly reality involves the sacred relationship between the United Hearts of the Most Holy Trinity, in Union with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, Co-Redemptrix, Advocate, and Mediatrix of All Graces for all humanity.

The Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Roman Catholic Church, IS Heaven’s way of presenting a very Special Gift to the whole world.  A very Special Gift, which is meant to be unwrapped in many stages, culminating in the Universal Triumph of Epic Proportions for All of Creation.  Similar to how mankind was given by Papa God, the “small gift” of His Only-Begotten Son, the Incarnation of God the Son, as the Holy Infant, Jesus, at Christmastime: Who developed and grew up as the Christ Child, until He was ready to begin at the mature age of thirty years old His Sacred three-year Ministry as the God-Man.  A Sacred Ministry which culminated in the BIG GIFT of the Universal Redemption of all mankind, through Christ’s Passion, Crucifixion, and Resurrection, almost 2,000 years ago.

When Our Blessed Mother Mary formally requested the Holy Father (Pope), in union with the holy Bishops of the Roman Catholic Church, to Consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart: this Public Act by Holy Mother Church was considered to be ONLY THE FIRST STEP by Heaven.  The First Step of a long series of heavenly revelations that were to be given to visionary, Sister Lucia Santos of Fatima.  It was ALWAYS INTENDED that Sister Lucia of Fatima would act as a Special Intermediary between Heaven and earth, because many public messages were meant to be entrusted to her and other related matters were meant to be accomplished by humanity, throughout her lifetime (note, Sister Lucia died at age 97 years old in 2005).

The Roman Catholic Church was chosen by Almighty God to make this FIRST STEP, which is to benefit all of mankind, because Holy Mother Church was already receptive in honoring and venerating Mary, as the Holy Mother of Jesus Christ, the Incarnation of God the Son as the God-Man.

Truly, Heaven’s intended Good Plans for humanity were NEVER meant to stop with the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  The Consecration of Russia was ALWAYS meant to be the beginning step.  The beginning of a beautiful series of mystical revelations as part of a new working relationship between Heaven and earth, which would usher in the greatest moment of salvation history, known as the Second Coming of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.  His Glorious Return would result in the First Resurrection of the Saints and the Glorious Era of Peace, lasting 1,000 years, as the Sacred Answer to the Divine Prayer of Jesus for His Eternal Father’s Heavenly Kingdom to manifest upon a New Earth, as part of the Renewal of All Creation by the Most Holy Trinity.  (See Holy Bible: Book of Revelation, Chapters 20, 21, and 22).

I solemnly make this statement.  Papa God NEVER desired His precious children, mankind, to witness and suffer all the tragic horrors of the Great Tribulation of the Apocalypse (Book of Revelation), taking place under the nightmarish reign of the antichrist, satan’s spawn and satan incarnate himself.  Papa God IS a Good God.  Papa God IS a Good Father.  What kind of Father would give His child a snake to eat, when the child is hungry for bread?  (Read the Holy Bible: Gospel of Luke, Chapter 11, Verses 11-13, and Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 7, Verses 9-12).

Our Lord Jesus Christ once shared with me, “a soul”, a very profound heavenly secret twenty years ago.  Jesus shared with me that Mary, His Holy Mother, Is God’s “Secret Weapon”.  She Is the Voice of Almighty God.  Our Blessed Mother Mary has been sent as the Voice of the Most Holy Trinity, as God’s Secret Weapon, to sweetly and tenderly carry all of us, mankind, as Her cherished children, into the Loving Paternal Embrace of God.  Sweet Papa God, Who has ALWAYS desired to save all of us from our own insanity, our own selfishness, and our own wickedness, which mankind mirrors serving as slaves of hell, as false children of satan, the evil father of lies and infernal enemy.

The ONLY WAY OUT from the whole mess of hell manifesting on earth, the ONLY WAY OUT from witnessing and suffering all the tragic horrors and gruesome terrors of the Apocalypse was presented to humanity in the very special “tiny box” given by Mary, Our Blessed Mother, at Fatima (Portugal), in 1917.  A very Precious Gift, which Heaven has been patiently waiting for over 100 years for the Roman Catholic Church to finally unwrap on behalf of the whole world.

Section 2: Why is the Consecration of Russia Necessary?  The Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Roman Catholic Church is ESSENTIAL and absolutely NECESSARY, because Almighty God has given the sacrosanct gift of volition (free will) to every person of the human race.  Similar to how the freely chosen act of DISOBEDIENCE by our First Parents at the dawn of the creation of mankind affected all of their progeny by severely rending the deep friendship between God and mankind; likewise, God NEEDS the freely chosen Act of OBEDIENCE — the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary — by the Roman Catholic Church, acting on behalf of humanity, so Heaven can divinely intervene on earth.  The Roman Catholic Church must implore, representing all of mankind, for Almighty God to directly intervene in human affairs to restore order to His Creation.

Presently, the human race lives under the yoke of satan and needs final liberation from its bondage under hell.  The Consecration of Russia will permit Heaven to freely act in the best interests of all mankind, so greater multitudes of humanity will successfully choose God by sealing their eternal fate in Him.  Through the Consecration, in the most powerful way possible, Heaven will be able to actively engage and challenge satan, the infernal enemy of God, and all the evil agents of hell, defeating satan definitively on his “turf”, the earth.  So, Almighty God can be the Victorious Champion of the supernatural tug of war over the eternal state of every human person, as divinely intended.

Currently, time is “running out” before satan will gain the ultimate upper hand as overlord of humanity on earth.  satan’s agenda is to bring the reality of living hell to all of mankind, so the Gospel (“Good News”) of Our Lord Jesus Christ, His Teachings and the Defining Light of the Resurrection, are forever crushed and lost to the future generations.  The Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary must happen now in order to reverse the evil tide that is taking place.  This will bring about the conclusion of the End Times and commencement of the Glorious Era of Peace on the New Earth, which will be a 1,000 year epoch where the presence of satan and evil will be totally absent on a renewed planet earth.  This will be similar to how the Garden of Eden existed on earth at the dawn of the human race, as part of the Divine Fiat of the First Creation by Almighty God.

(March 5, 2005, Holy Love Ministries) Jesus Christ: “I have come to tell you that the future of the world rests on mankind’s respect for one another as creations of God. Without this respect and love of one another, certain disasters are bound to occur by My Father’s Permitting Will. I tell you all of this out of the unconditional love I hold in My Heart for each one of you… Allow Me to describe to you how beautiful the world would be if all people respected one another as God’s creation. There would be no wars, no abortions or birth control, no pornography or violation of innocence. God would will disease to be eradicated. There would be no crime; therefore, no prisons. Hunger and poverty would be relieved. In short you would be living in the New Jerusalem. Is it any wonder I call you to this? Mankind desires the fruits of the solution–but not the solution. Today I have come to remind you that you are children of the Light. As children of the Light, you must help Me to overcome the darkness that lies buried in hearts. I have given you the means to accomplish this which is Holy Love. Please choose this remedy–please choose to help Me in this battle against evil.”

Section 3: Has the Consecration of Russia already been fulfilled in the past by the Roman Catholic Church?  NO.  Unfortunately, all attempts in the past by the Roman Catholic Church to complete the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary have not fulfilled all the requirements requested by Our Lady of Fatima.  This includes the supposed Consecration of Russia done by Pope Francis (Bergoglio) on the Solemnity of the Annunciation, March 25, 2022.

The man known as Pope Francis (Bergoglio), who is acting as head of the Roman Catholic Church, is an ANTIPOPE and IMPOSTOR to the Petrine See.  As Francis (Bergoglio) is NOT the legitimate Supreme Pontiff, any attempt by him to complete the Consecration of Russia has NO LAWFUL STANDING and NO LEGAL EFFECT in the Holy Eyes of Almighty God.

Pope Benedict XVI was the last, true, legitimate Supreme Pontiff, in apostolic succession from Saint Peter the Apostle, the first pope, of the Roman Catholic Church.  Pope Benedict XVI NEVER abdicated his authority and power as Vicar of Christ, as his “resignation” in 2013 was COERCED UNDER DURESS and the THREAT OF MURDER by corrupted infiltrators within the Holy See, the Vatican.  Such a coerced, forced “resignation” by Pope Benedict XVI, which is not “freely” made, is UNLAWFUL and has NO LEGAL STANDING in the Holy Eyes of Almighty God, Who Is Perfect Justice as Our Creator, the Divine Lawmaker.  (Canon Law, 332).

Since the holy death of Pope Benedict XVI, which occurred on December 31, 2022, there has been NO POPE on earth, as Heaven IS directly guiding the Roman Catholic Church under the Almighty Leadership and Divine Kingship of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Himself.

People should not be overly worried about the Petrine See being vacant (“sede vacante”).  “Papal interregnum” is the period of time when the Apostolic See is vacant, from the death or resignation of a pope to the moment of election of his successor.  In Church history, there have been four extended interregnums lasting over two years, with the longest being two years and ten months.

For these reasons, a SPECIAL CONCLAVE and Great Ecumenical Council will be convened by Almighty God in the aftermath of the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience), so a legitimate and lawful Holy Pope, a priest son known as “Peter the Roman”, in apostolic succession with Saint Peter the Apostle, can be revealed by God as the papal head, the Supreme Pontiff, of the Roman Catholic Church, God’s True Church, on earth.  Only in this way, with a legitimate Vicar of Christ seated in the Roman Catholic Church, can the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary be finally completed by Holy Mother Church, according to Heaven’s directives by Our Lady of Fatima.

Please see the Appendix for more information pertaining to the situation of legitimate popes and antipopes in the End Times.  The Appendix includes heavenly visions given to Blessed Anne-Catherine Emmerich (19th century) about the current period in the Roman Catholic Church, as well as the Posthumous Testimony (“Omega Testament”) of Pope Benedict XVI, among other relevant private revelations given to other Catholic mystics, prophets, and chosen messengers.  Some mystical revelation has suggested that there will be two antipopes in the End Times; whereas, other heavenly messages have suggested that Francis (Bergoglio) might be the false prophet of the Apocalypse.  (Holy Bible: Book of Revelation, Chapters 13 and 19).  Heavenly Messages (Excerpts, 1-4):

(M1) (June 29, 2022, mystic, Pedro Regis) Blessed Virgin Mary: “Dear children, the road to holiness is full of obstacles, but you are not alone. Courage! My Jesus walks with you. Peter is not Peter; Peter will not be Peter. You cannot understand now what I am telling you, but all will be revealed to you. Be faithful to My Jesus and to the true Magisterium of His Church…”

(M2) (September 19, 2023, End Times Daily: mystic, Ned Dougherty) Mary, Our Lady of La Salette: “It is with great sadness that I must report to you that the Pontiff in these End Times has fallen-in with the side of darkness and is leading the Church into a dark period during these End Times. For too many years now, the Vatican has been infiltrated by satan’s minions who have managed to gain control over many priests, bishops, and cardinals, particularly under the misguidance of the current Pontiff who has lost his way in his journey with the Lord… No one stands out more visibly in their embrace of the New World Order than the current Pontiff who has associated himself for years now with the luciferian architects of the New World Order. Pray for this Pontiff, for he is leading the followers of My Son’s Church astray, and he is putting his own soul in jeopardy, if he does not soon change his ways, for the time is short when all of you, My brothers and sisters, will be called to account before My Son Jesus for the way that you have spent your time here on Earth. The souls of all the priests, bishops, and cardinals who are following the New World Order lead of the Pontiff are now in jeopardy of eternal damnation…”

(M3) (October 4, 2023, mystic, Jennifer) Jesus Christ: “My child, I am weeping for the world that continues to pierce my most Sacred Heart. The Earth, my child, will begin to rock and tremble as I witness the temple, my church being torn in two. You are witnessing the ushering of the wolves in sheep’s clothing. How is a shepherd to truly guide his sheep if he is not uniting them in truth but sending them in a direction that leads to confusion. I am a God of order and truth. Just as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West, it does not change. Man cannot change what my Father commanded from the beginning. Everything has an ordained place and time. My children, it is time to awaken to the changes that are ushering in all around this world. It is time to pray and seek the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. I come in love, I come in warning that as you begin to witness the chair of Peter being empty, you must recognize that the time of my visitation is near…”

(M4) (October 5, 2023, mystic, Jennifer) Jesus Christ: “…When you begin to witness my church lacking a shepherd and feel as though I have abandoned my sheep, know that this is a time of purification to cleanse the walls of evil that has infiltrated it. Just as a riderless horse will appear to have no restraint, this is a great sign that the time of my visitation is near. Do not fear, do not surrender. Come, my children, come to my mercy, come to me in the Eucharist, come to me in adoration. The unraveling has begun and the stirring in your soul is because you are witnessing the lies of the deceiver. Do not give Satan custody of your soul by surrendering to those who do not represent truth. Now go forth for I am Jesus and be at peace, for my mercy and justice will prevail.”

Section 4: How does following an antipope affect my relationship with God?  Am I in mortal sin and / or spiritual trouble?  Millions of Catholic Christians have been led into falsely believing that Francis (Bergoglio) is a legitimate pope.  This is unfortunate, as he has espoused many heretical teachings, including: denial of the everlasting permanence of suffering in hell; belief that all religions lead to the true God; people living in a persistent state of disgrace (mortal sin) may receive Holy Communion; etc.  However, believing that Francis (Bergoglio) is a legitimate pope and believing in his heresies are two separate matters before God.  Your personal relationship and your salvation in God rests upon your daily commitment in obeying the Divine Law (Ten Commandments) and not upon your commitment to following any type of leader, even a pope or an antipope.  If you have been striving your best to obey God’s Law and His biblical teachings, God will not hold you accountable if you have been duped by faulty belief in any Christian leader, including an antipope.  (See the Appendix for more information about the Divine Law).

Saint Vincent Ferrer (14th century) is one of the greatest saints of the Catholic Church and was commonly known as the Angel of the Apocalypse.  During his lifetime, he wrought several thousands of miracles, including over thirty instances of raising the dead.  But one of the greatest historical facts about this mighty saint is that for a number of years, he followed two successive antipopes.  Later, he realized his error, but his mistaken belief was not an impediment to great holiness and did not preclude his recognition as perhaps the greatest miracle worker of the Catholic Church – second only to the numerous wonders wrought by the Twelve Apostles.

Likewise, in the spirit of Saint Vincent Ferrer, you should not become fearful of God and your eternal salvation, if you have been committed to your daily conversion, seeking God’s Will and obeying His Divine Law.  If you have any concerns, worries, or anxieties regarding this, I suggest that you seek the intercession and counsel of Saint Vincent Ferrer, who as a good spiritual father and holy priest, will help you to understand better your mistakes and will help you to reconcile yourself fully with God.  God bless.
