CHAPTER 15
VOLUME 1, HANDBOOK OF GOD THE FATHER

FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, BLINDNESS, DEAFNESS, INFIRMITIES, AND SICKNESS

This chapter provides additional instructions for Persons with Disabilities, Blindness, Deafness, Infirmities, and Sickness, concerning the Harbinger Week (7 Days and 7 Nights of the Illuminated Cross in the sky), Great Earthquake, Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience), and Refuges.  This information is supposed to be used in addition to the instructions given in Parts 1 and 2 of this Handbook.  Please read first Parts 1 and 2, then this chapter, so you may get a comprehensive view of what will be happening that might affect your particular circumstances.

SUBCHAPTER I. IMPORTANT FACTS: HARBINGER WEEK

Many people may be wondering how to help themselves or their cherished ones who are disabled, invalids, or bedridden living either at home, in nursing homes, or hospital settings, etc.  Firstly, Papa God wants all His beloved people to pray to Him, so He will provide the most excellent way for you and your cherished ones to be protected and to be saved throughout the 7 Days and 7 Nights of the Illuminated Cross in the sky (Harbinger Week) and during the Great Earthquake.

Papa God has indicated to me that wherever you or your cherished ones are living, staying or located, you should put a blessed Brown Scapular (Mary, Our Lady of Mount Carmel) — a blessed representation of the Holy Family (JESUS, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and Saint Joseph) — and a blessed representation of Saint Michael Archangel — in the bedroom, nursing home setting, or hospital room, etc.  The blessed representations can be any type of holy image, picture, statue, medal, badge, scapular, etc.  (NOTE: Holy Images of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel are available under the Appendix).

All blessed objects should be somewhere in close vicinity in the room or living space where you or your cherished ones will be mainly dwelling during the Harbinger Week.  One appropriate way to display the blessed objects is by hanging such representations over the beds.  Some people may have difficulty trying to figure out how to adequately accomplish this task depending on the environment.  It is perfectly acceptable to hide the blessed Brown Scapular and two blessed holy cards or two blessed medals, etc., of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel inside pillow cases.  You can be “creative” with fulfilling this holy request.  If you or your cherished ones are capable of wearing blessed sacramentals, this is totally acceptable to God.

If possible, you are welcome to place these blessed objects NOW in the bedrooms and living spaces of yourself or your cherished ones.  You do not need to wait until the onset of the Harbinger Week of the Illuminated Cross in the sky, etc.

Papa God would also like people to anoint the Sign of the Cross by either holy water or holy oil over any disabled persons if they are living or staying with them daily during the Harbinger Week before the Great Warning.  Holy water may include water blessed or exorcised by a priest, healing waters available from different Marian grottos, Catholic / Orthodox shrines, etc.  Holy oil may include virgin olive oil blessed or exorcised by a priest, healing oils available at different Catholic / Orthodox shrines, Good Friday Oil, etc.  The recipes for the Oil of Saint Joseph and Oil of Saint Raphael can be found in the Appendix.

If possible, people are also encouraged to say often or daily a prayer for continued protection from the Seal of the Living God against divine punishments.  There are three prayer methods presented in Part 2 of this Handbook.  You are welcome to recite one prayer method, all three prayer methods, or any combination thereof, for this sacred Seal.

People may also be very concerned about sanitation because you or your cherished ones might have problems involving your digestive system, kidneys, etc., or incontinence (bowel or urinary), etc.  Please know Our God is very much aware of human needs.  That is why He has emphasized so much His desires for people to stay at their homes during this critical period of 7 Days and 7 Nights of the Harbinger Week, because God intimately knows human sufferings, weaknesses, and failings.

The answer is to pray for Divine Provision.  Do not doubt God’s Perfect Mercy upon you and your cherished ones.  God WILL provide — even miraculously — if need be, so you can all take care of one another properly.  Do not be troubled in this way for yourselves or if you are a caregiver for others.  Simply pray for divine guidance and divine help.  Meanwhile, strive to prepare extra food, fresh water, and medicine, so if needed, these necessities can be multiplied in prayer by God.  (Note: See the Appendix for Prayers of Purification and Multiplication of Food).

SUBCHAPTER II. IMPORTANT FACTS: GREAT EARTHQUAKE

God will grant to disabled persons similar blessings and special graces that are given to people without any handicaps.  These blessings include the one hour advance notice that will be given to people in order to prepare for the Great Earthquake.  Disabled persons and their loved ones are encouraged to pray for these blessings and special graces to be fulfilled by God.

God has many spiritual tools available to Him to communicate to those who are deaf, blind, and disabled in other ways.  He will pick the best method – a combination of different tools – to help disabled persons receive advance notices for the Great Earthquake.

Here is a list of tools that God may use in any given situation:
— visions of the earth shaking and younger children being put to bed
— for those familiar with written words, they may see words flash across their mind
— a vision of their guardian angel using sign language
— a deep sense of urgency, which will accompany the visions and mental images / words
— infused knowledge about the Great Earthquake
— mental vision of flashing lights in colors that a blind person has never seen
— a series of mental pictures along with infused knowledge

If either you or your cherished ones who are disabled are using wheelchairs or are bedridden, God will help these people to remain sitting in their wheelchairs or lay flat on their beds throughout the Great Earthquake.  You or your cherished ones in wheelchairs or are bedridden do NOT need to sit directly or lay flat on the floor.  You should make sure that any wheelchairs are properly secured with their brakes on during the Great Earthquake, so they do not roll around, etc.

Persons with disabilities are also strongly encouraged to either WEAR the blessed Brown Scapular (Mary, Our Lady of Mount Carmel) and two representations of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel, OR ATTACH the blessed objects to the wheelchairs, etc.  The blessed representations can be any type of holy image, picture, statue, medal, badge, scapular, etc.  (NOTE: Holy Images of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel are available under the Appendix).

If it is not possible to wear or attach the blessed objects to the wheelchair, then the blessed objects can be hung about or placed near the vicinity of the cherished person for protective graces during the Great Earthquake.

If you are unable to obtain these sacramentals or get them blessed by a priest, please know that Papa God will still care for you and your cherished ones.  You or your caregivers should pray for His Divine Provision and Divine Protection, especially daily during the Harbinger Week.  The following heavenly prayer was given to mystic, Marie-Julie Jahenny, for the period of calamities which should said in front of the Holy Cross: “O adorable Cross of my Savior, I praise you, I adore you, I embrace you. Protect us, keep us, save us. Jesus loves you so much, that by His example, I love you. By Your holy image, calm my fears and let me only feel peace and trust.”

SUBCHAPTER III. IMPORTANT FACTS: GREAT WARNING (ILLUMINATION OF CONSCIENCE)

Those who are deaf, blind, and disabled in other ways, will experience their life review with all mental and physical faculties intact. Meaning, everyone will have their five senses — sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch — and will NOT be disabled when they are witnessing the state of their soul before Our Lord Jesus Christ.

People who are judged to purgatory and Heaven will experience those places with their full faculties and senses intact. So, they will not be disabled.

However, people who are judged to hell will suffer the torment and torture of hell in their disabled bodies. For example, if you were born blind living on earth, you will suffer hell as a blind person, etc. The disabilities will be based on if you were born with those disabilities.  For example, if you were born without disabilities, but later became deaf, you would experience hell as an ordinary person with your hearing intact. But, if you have been deaf your whole life since birth, you will actually suffer hell as a deaf person, etc.

This aspect of suffering disabilities in hell is due to God’s Holy Wrath being perfect, because His Divine Judgments are based upon how you spent your earthly life using your God-given talents, skills set, personal history, heritage and family life, socio-economic and cultural background, as well as disabilities endured, etc.  This list also includes how you used or abused the holy Sacraments, your prayer life, and your degree of faith, etc.  Finally, this list also includes how other people affected and influenced you – positively and negatively – during moments of your earthly life, etc.

God will mitigate punishments, even horrific sentences to hell, so that they are not in excess of the circumstances that people lived their sinful earthly lives. For example, a person who is a murderer will experience a suffering in hell different from a person who is a prostitute or practiced sodomy, or who is an occultist, but all punishments will be perfectly just in keeping with their crimes against God. Likewise, a person born with disabilities will have his punishments in hell reflect the circumstances that he committed his offenses, so God will penalize him differently from an ordinary person who did not have those certain handicaps. His punishments will be mitigated according to God’s Perfect Justice because God considers the state and conditions that a person found himself in when committing his crimes against the Divine Law (Ten Commandments). (See the Appendix for more information about the Divine Law).

In contrast, people who are sent to purgatory suffer their purification with all faculties and senses intact, because their sentences from God are temporary and less severe than eternal damnation in hell.  Poor souls in purgatory are being cleansed and prepared for their heavenly reward, which will include a full and complete healing of any physical illnesses, mental conditions, ailments and disabilities, etc., that they may have endured in their earthly lives.

Persons with any disabilities can also spend part of their purgatory adjusting to having an ordinary body without any handicaps before they enter Heaven.  For example, a quadriplegic might spend part of his time relearning how to use his physical body, as well as learning how to use his new spiritual gifts like traveling by thought and flying, etc., in the higher levels of purgatory.  Note, I use the word “physical” here, but in reality, it is actually the spiritual body of a person that is being used to relearn how to use his limbs, hands, and feet, etc., because mankind will not be reunited with his flesh until the resurrection by God.

Disabled persons who are born lacking the mental capacity (having diminished cognitive ability) to differentiate between good and evil and the meaning of sin, will NOT experience a life review during the Great Warning.  This is because they are considered innocent in God’s Eyes and their placement is assured in the Heavenly Kingdom.

During time spent in the womb, Papa God is very actively involved in the development of unborn infants.  Persons who are born disabled have actually been asked by Papa God during gestation if they would suffer with that particular disability in their earthly life and because the unborn infants are so inebriated in God’s Joyous Love and embraced by His Pure Light of Divine Truth, they always say ‘yes’ to endure such suffering.  Such suffering is redemptive for the conversions of their family members, as well as used by God as a method for others affected by the disabled person to learn virtues and righteous living, etc.

At the moment of birth, all knowledge given to all babies in the womb is stripped from their conscious minds by God and is replaced with the sacrosanct gift of volition.  However, those who are born severely cognitively impaired still have free will but they have already definitively decided for God in the womb. They remain in their spiritual understanding like younger children who have not attained the age of reason.

Ordinary people who have attained the age of reason, aged eight years old and older, and who became disabled later after birth will undergo a life review from God during the Great Warning.

For example, comatose patients will undergo a life review during the Great Warning, as well as people suffering severe mental illness like schizophrenia, etc., and old age dementia like Alzheimer’s disease, etc.  I highly recommend that these people be prayed for and, if possible, receive the Sacramental Anointing of the Sick by a priest, etc., so they are in a state of grace being adequately prepared for their moment of death and the foretold Great Warning.  (Note, Sacramental Anointing of the Sick is also known as Last Rites.  It may be received by those who are gravely or severely ill and those who are in danger of dying, such as those preparing to undergo surgery, etc.)

After the Great Warning, people who are given a second chance to amend their lives on earth will be returned to life in their disabled bodies in order to convert.  However, God may grant full or partial healing to some people who are disabled if they have prayed to Him in advance for healing which is determined by the strength of their faith in Him.

Reference: Message Excerpt (June 15, 2013, Book of Truth: Maria Divine Mercy) JESUS CHRIST: “Today, My daughter, I appeal to all those who say they do not believe in God. If you do not believe in God, I must now explain how you know that God really Exists. God exists in every single person born in the world, irrespective of their faith or the belief of their parents. God brings with every form of life a sense of awe and wonder, which will never fail to create a feeling of intense love within a soul for another of God’s Creations.”

“Every one of you is a Creation of God. This is a fact. Some of you are born with great beauty. Some are born with defects. Others are born with terrible imperfections. Yet all are born because God permits it. Many of you will justify the prevention of life in God’s children, who are imperfect. Some of you will murder children of God within the womb and then justify it, most of which will be for selfish reasons. For this, you will be condemned, unless you ask Me to forgive you. You will be forgiven, but only if you are truly sorry for what you have done to curse My Father.”

“Some of you are born with imperfections, which create trauma in your lives. Hard though this may be, you are given this suffering to save others, who would otherwise cease to exist. You see, those souls who dishonour My Father and who will never ask for the forgiveness of their sins will end up in the fires of Hell, for all eternity. Your suffering will help save them, for they cannot and will not save themselves. You choose this suffering before you were born. You may accept this now or perhaps later, but you are safe in My Kingdom for Glory will be yours for eternity.”

SUBCHAPTER IV. ASKING FOR DIVINE HEALING DURING THE GREAT WARNING

Our Lord Jesus Christ has promised to heal people during the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience).  It is important that you build up your faith by asking Him to heal you of all that you are suffering from by prayer.  You need to be persistent in prayer and believe that He will heal you.

Here are two verses from Sacred Scriptures so you can meditate on them, memorize them, and declare them out loud over your life.  It is important to truly believe these words and pray them every day.  So during the Great Warning, you will say these bible verses to Our Lord Jesus Christ and He will heal you.  Gospel of Saint Matthew, Chapter 7, Verses 7-8: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”  Book of Prophet Isaiah, Chapter 53, Verse 5: “By his stripes we are healed.”

Regarding Prophet Isaiah’s words about the scourging, it is truly important that you believe in your heart that Our Lord Jesus Christ took away all your suffering at The Cross.  Not just as the ransom from your spiritual suffering in hell, but that the Sacrifice of Jesus frees you from all physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual suffering in this world.  Jesus took it all upon Himself and you have to believe this in your heart that He has a healing for you through The Cross.

It is not a question of “if” Jesus will heal, but “when” He will heal you.  Many people pray using the word “if.”  For example, “if God does x, then I will do y.”  The fact is that words are powerful to God.  God framed the entire universe by His Word and continues to frame our lives by His Word.  “If” should not be a part of any Christian’s vocabulary, because it expresses doubt in God’s Omnipotent Power.  Never use “if” in your prayers to God.  Instead, learn to declare your needs with hope to the Lord.  Never give in to doubt; believe instead that God has a healing meant especially for you.  Ask for that healing during the Great Warning according to His Divine Will.  God loves you and He can do this.

(July 10, 2017, Prophet John Leary): Healings during the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience): JESUS CHRIST: “My people, in today’s Gospel you read about two successful healings because they had faith in My healing power. The one woman had hemorrhages for many years, and she believed if she just touched the tassel on My cloak, then she would be healed. I did heal her both physically, and in her soul. The other man asked Me to bring his daughter back from the dead, and this took an even greater faith in My healing. After I put the non-believers out, then I raised the daughter back to life. I have passed on these healing gifts to My disciples, and they healed people, even raising some people from the dead. Even today, you have witnessed people being healed by miracles of faith. You have even heard about some people being raised from the dead. Some near death people have been given a second chance to return to life, so they could be saved. Even more souls could be saved by My healing power in the coming Warning experience. Remember to have faith in My healing power, and you will see more people healed because of their belief in Me.”

(July 24, 2009, Prophet John Leary) JESUS CHRIST: “My people, the miracles that I will perform for My faithful will be beyond what you can imagine. At the refuges, you will have a place to stay for everyone as My angels will duplicate your buildings. The invisible shield of My angels will not allow any means of detection by sight, radar, smell, or heat signals. This shield will also deflect any bombs, missiles, or viruses. You will see an angel in view that is protecting you, and he will protect you from any demons as well. Over each refuge there will be a luminous cross, and in the ground a miraculous healing spring of water. By looking on this cross or by drinking the water, you will be healed of all viruses and infirmities. Truly your body will be physically balanced as you were originally made. This healing will be better than all of your medicines or alternative medicines without the need for any doctors. You will no longer need your medicines. Be grateful that I will be providing for all of your needs during the tribulation. You will be praying more and no longer in need of any of your current possessions. Give everything over to My Will, even now, and you will have My peace in your soul with no desire for earthly things. This cleansing at My refuges will help prepare you for My Era of Peace.”

SUBCHAPTER V. IMPORTANT FACTS: REFUGES

Every refuge will have a miraculous cross above it so people may be healed by venerating it. In addition, some refuges may have miraculous springs, so people will be healed by drinking from the blessed waters.

People who are not ambulatory, meaning they are too disabled or injured to travel on their own to the refuges, will be carried by their guardian angels to the refuges where their families and loved ones are located. At the moment of the Great Exodus (End Times Evacuation), either the disabled person himself or his loved ones should pray so his guardian angel has permission to intercede by bringing the disabled person to the refuge chosen by God.  You must have faith and believe that God can perform this miracle.

In this situation, one person should be designated as the caregiver to stay behind with the disabled person.  The rest of the household must flee when it is evacuation time.  The caregiver and if possible, the disabled person, should pray Psalm 91, the Saint Joseph Invisibility Prayer, and for their guardian angels to take them to the refuge.  Then a special flame will appear above the head of both individuals, which will only be visible to them.  The holy angels will then arrive to transport them to the refuge once the rest of the household has fled.

In the event that there is not enough time for the miraculous departure before enemy forces arrive, the bedroom or bed will look empty and no sounds will be heard by the enemy because the holy angels will cover the disabled person and caregiver only with their wings and both individuals will be surrounded by protective bubbles.  During the time of danger, your guardian angel will instruct you by inner locution on what to do so as not to be caught by enemy forces.  Then once the danger has passed, the holy angels will make themselves visible in order to transport both individuals to the refuge.

Here is the Saint Joseph Invisibility Prayer (modified): “I ……… (full name aloud), as a child of God the Father and Loved so much by Him and as part of His Faithful People, I cry out for the help of all of Heaven and of the Poor Souls, asking for the Spiritual Intercession of Saint Joseph, the Blessed Virgin Mary, my Lord Jesus Christ, God the Father and The Holy Spirit, in the face of this situation that threatens my Physical and Spiritual integrity, such as the implantation of the Vaccine against Covid in my body AND OTHER THREATS LIKE THE MARK OF THE BEAST, through the Protection and Intercession of the Mighty Saint Michael, I ask all His Retinue of Angels to come to my aid and make me and my family invisible in the face of this threat, so that Protected and Guided by my Protector Saint Joseph, we can be Guarded by Myriads of Angels and Poor Souls who defend against this imposition worldwide. Amen.”

Here is an important bible verse that you can pray and meditate upon for yourself and your cherished ones who are disabled.  It is a scripture verse that all Christians should believe with all their hearts, minds, and souls.  Gospel of Saint Luke, Chapter 1, Verse 37: “Nothing is impossible to God.”

God has many spiritual tools available to Him to communicate to those who are deaf, blind, and disabled in other ways.  He will pick the best method – a combination of different tools – to help those evacuating to the refuges (“Great Exodus”).  That way, those who are deaf, blind, or disabled in other ways, will receive the same type of notice as those who are familiar with audible sounds will receive their inner locution.

— a deep sense of urgency, which will accompany the visions and mental images / words
— infused knowledge about needing to depart

— a series of mental pictures along with infused knowledge

Although most people will be warned to leave their homes within 20 minutes for the refuges in order to escape possible martyrdom due to forced imposition of the mark of the beast (embedded physical microchip), persons with disabilities may be given extra time by God to flee.  Persons with disabilities and their loved ones should pray that God blesses them with the additional time needed to flee for the refuges.  God will inform people exactly how much time that He is granting them to leave their homes during their “inner locution” (notice) experience.

Certain places, such as nursing homes, convalescent hospitals, and assisted living facilities, etc., may also be converted into last minute refuges. This is not automatically done by God, as it depends on a number of variables, such as the number of Christians and converted souls dwelling at those places after the Great Warning has happened. God will make the final determination based upon people’s free will choices.

Be encouraged if the people dwelling at these certain places want God to make them into refuges, that God will accept sincere, heartfelt prayer by the inhabitants and their loved ones for that type of mission. God would also appreciate that the inhabitants have blessed brown scapulars (Mary, Our Lady of Mount Carmel), and blessed representations of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel in their living spaces and / or attached to their wheelchairs.  (NOTE: Holy Images of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel are available under the Appendix).

(M1) Friday, January 15, 2016: Question about accepting a refuge mission: JESUS CHRIST said: “My people, I have been calling many people to set up refuges for the coming tribulation. Not all of the people, who I called, said ‘yes’ to My mission. It is a grace of faith and trust in Me for people to accept My mission of building a refuge. Many people have asked you if they could have a refuge. I will accept any person who discerns in prayer that they want to accept this mission. The tribulation will be a great time of evil with the Antichrist, and My faithful will need a safe haven with My angels to protect them from those who want to kill them. Give thanks to Me for providing refuges where I will multiply your food and water.”

(M2) Sunday, February 10, 2013: Question of disabled getting to the refuges: JESUS CHRIST said: “My people, some of you have been concerned about how disabled people and those who cannot be moved, are going to get to My refuges of protection. I told you that My angels are going to be leading you to My refuges, and you may come in vehicles, bikes, or walking. In cases where people cannot be moved in cars, these same angels will perform miracles of lifting these people into the air to My refuges. Once people come to My refuges, they can look on My luminous cross or drink the healing spring water, and their health will be restored. You will not need medicines, and your legs and arms will work normally with no pain. Give thanks to Me for all of the healing that will happen at My refuges.”
