THREE METHODS: HOW TO ESTABLISH A HOME REFUGE

This chapter presents three different prayer methods for establishing a home refuge.  You may choose any prayer method that you are comfortable using.  You may also use more than one method, as blessings and graces reinforce each other and are stackable.  There may be other prayer methods available for establishing a refuge beyond the pages of this Handbook.  Please also read Chapter 13 for information on which types of places qualify for refuges.

FIRST METHOD TO ESTABLISH HOME REFUGE:

The following consecration prayer may be said by a priest or refuge owner for blessing the property.  If possible, exorcism water and / or exorcism salt should be sprinkled throughout the property (indoors and outdoors).

Exorcism Prayer Over Property; Consecration of Property

In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN
Our help is in the Name of the Lord: Who made Heaven and earth.

Father in Heaven, You are the Creator of the earth and of all that fills it. You are the Source of all life and of all goodness, and You constantly bestow Your blessings upon those who place their trust in You. In Your Name, and in the Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and through the spiritual authority granted to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, I exorcize this property and these buildings of every evil power and influence, and command in the Name of the Most Holy Trinity that every evil spirit be put to flight and be forever barred from returning here; that every hex, conjuring, spell, curse, or form of deception or oppression be shattered; and that every evil scheme or temptation be exposed, unmasked, and broken–for the Glory of the Most Holy Trinity and the salvation of the entire people of God, particularly those who live or visit here.

In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, I consecrate this property to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Mother of God, and in Their Name, I summon all holy angels and archangels, from this time forward, to guard this property and all who live here or come here, from all evil and all harm. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, and the ministry of the angels assigned here, may anyone not called to this place of refuge be blinded to all the traffic that comes here; may anyone seeking to infiltrate this refuge for any purpose contrary to the Will of Almighty God be rendered incapable of any unholy act, and be convicted of the need for heartfelt repentance; and may all who come here in response to the call of Our Lord and Our Lady be kept safe from every physical and spiritual harm, and be truly open to the words of truth proclaimed here, and the blessings of God bestowed here. May all of us fulfill the mission assigned to us in a spirit of gratitude, trust, and humility, and may we be filled with a spirit of wisdom, courage, and fortitude. We ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. AMEN

SECOND METHOD TO ESTABLISH HOME REFUGE:

“Whoever will act according to my Will, will be safe”
Message from the Eternal Father

“My son, listen and write. I recommend that this message be communicated to everyone and everywhere that you have preached in United States and in Canada.”

“Remember the night when Padre Pio brought you into Heaven to see the Holy Family. It was a teaching for you and for the people who have heard you. It was also a sign to recall the night when my Beloved Son Jesus was born into the world. Remember how my Evangelist Matthew wrote by the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit how the star stopped over the place where My Baby Son Jesus was born. It was a sign for the Wise men. Today, it is a sign for you and for all Christians and for all the nations.”

“The Holy Family is a sign for every family, and we should model ourselves after them. I recommend that every family who receives this message should have a representation of the Holy Family in their home. It can be an Icon or a statue of the Holy Family, or a permanent Manger in a center place in the home. The representation must be blessed and consecrated by a priest.  (Note, see the Miraculous Photo of the Holy Family under Appendix).”

“As the star followed by the Wise men stopped over the Manger, the chastisement from the sky will not hit the Christians families devoted and protected by the Holy Family. The fire from the sky is a chastisement for the horrible crime of abortion and the culture of death, the sexual perversion, and the cupidity (lust) regarding the identity of man and woman. My children seek their perverted sins more than Eternal life. The increasing blasphemies and persecution of my just people offend Me. The Arm of my Justice will come now. They do not hear my Divine Mercy. I must now let many plagues happen in order to save the most people that I can from the slavery of Satan.”

“Send this message to everyone. I have given Saint Joseph, My representative on earth, as a protector of the Holy Family, the authority to protect the Church which is the body of Christ. He will be the protector during the trials of this time. The Immaculate Heart of My daughter Mary and the Sacred Heart of my Beloved Son Jesus, with the Chaste and Pure Heart of Saint Joseph, will be the shield of your home, your family, and your Refuge during the events to come.”

“My Words are my blessing over all of you. Whoever will act according to my Will, will be safe. The powerful love of the Holy Family will be manifested to all.”

Instructions: Consecration of the Home Revealed to Reverend Father Michel Rodrigue:
Fr. Michel Rodrigue says: Consecrate your homes with exorcised salt and exorcised water. You will have to put the exorcised salt in the water yourselves because I will not be able to put exorcised water in every bottle, you know, so you can do it yourselves, but if you have only one (either exorcised water or exorcised salt) and mix it together, the other will become exorcised too.

So, this is what you do. You make a prayer to God the Eternal Father… I give you the frame of the prayer: Eternal Father, I consecrate my home to you. By the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, I give you my home as a refuge for the days to come. It will be your Will for your people if You want Your people to come here. I consecrate this home and with the holy water you spray in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit in the Sign of the Cross. AMEN

Then you go outside, and you consecrate your land in the same manner. You just change the word “house” or “home” for “land” and then you drop the salt on the ground because, the salt will penetrate in the land.

Fr. Rodrigue further explains that once your home will be consecrated, it will become a small refuge of sorts, first for the owners’ family, then for anyone who would ask for sanctuary; however, Fr. Rodrigue is quite clear. If the Will of the Father is for the home’s owner(s) to go afterwards to a bigger refuge, he / they will be guided by their guardian angel through a mystical flame which is to guide the faithful to said larger sanctuary.

THIRD METHOD TO ESTABLISH HOME REFUGE:

MESSAGE No. 16 SAINT MICHAEL ARCHANGEL
Given to Latin-American mystic, Lorena Portillo
August 24, 2016 – MARIAN HOMES (REFUGES)

“I, Saint Michael the Archangel, Prince of the Celestial Militia, will instruct you as having the Holy Virgin Mary of Guadalupe and me as guardians of your homes, you will be able to go unnoticed before the antichrist and before any person or demon who wants to harm you.”

“A Marian refuge is a place where the inhabitants of the house are attached to the commandments of God, and participate in his graces through prayer and fasting.  They must be sacred enclosures, where harmony reigns among its inhabitants, away from the world and sin, without meddling in worldly affairs, only what is necessary to survive.  I, as Prince of the Heavenly Militia, leader of the militant army, will protect you in a certain way so that demons, evil people and the antichrist himself will go unnoticed.  Accompanied by the Mother of Heaven, we have put together a plan these two days that Lorena did not receive messages, to let them know our weapons that will protect them from all danger.”

“First of all, and even though the Great Tribulation has already begun, consecrate your homes to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Do not stop the Consecrations whatever happens.  Sprinkle your homes with holy water, have Saint Joseph and Saint Raphael oil, or holy oil in your houses, and holy water and exorcised salt.  You will put an altar with the Virgin of Guadalupe, an image of me, one of Saint Benedict, Saint Joseph and the Holy Trinity and invoke them to bless.  Bless your homes too.”

“There are several types of Marian homes, but the plan that the Mother of Heaven and I devised is a Marian home that is under the protection and care of the Mother of Heaven and me.  I, with my sword, will defend you from all evil and danger, and the Angels in my charge will cover you from every human and spiritual entity that wants to enter your homes.  Do not forget to cover your families with the Blood of Christ every day, and for the protection of each and every one of the inhabitants of the house they will say this powerful prayer:”

PRAYER TO ESTABLISH HOME REFUGE:
I, unworthy creature, made in the image and likeness of my creator and for such a great honor, I want to give my life under the protection of the Holy Trinity, and I name this home as a Marian refuge that, under the mantle of the Virgin of Guadalupe and the sword of Saint Michael the Archangel, is from now on as a place protected by myriads of Angels who are under the command of our beloved Saint Michael the Archangel.  I declare that no harm will happen to any member of the family, from a natural disaster, evil people who want to steal or harm us, raging demons who want to take over our souls, condemned souls seeking our perdition, and even protect us from the antichrist.  I declare this home protected by all Heaven from all evil and danger, and from now on I pray this prayer every day. I propose to offer my sufferings for the salvation of souls.  I give all my purification to my beloved Father, as gratitude to his loving protection to me and to all my family. AMEN

“People of God, do not forget these instructions that I have been giving you through Lorena.  She never knows what the talk will be about; she writes my instructions and even she is amazed at these too.  We were, the Holy Mother of Heaven and I, in these past days preparing this Marian refuge, captained by the Virgin Mary and led by me, so that the people feel more protected by all the heavenly militia.  We made these instructions with total love for all of you, so that you feel protected.”

“There are many Marian shelters instituted and you can choose the one you like the most, but this was made by the Virgin Mary and I, with the intention that I, Saint Michael the Archangel, together with the Mother of Heaven, protect your homes.”

“Lorena asks me what happens if the family members do not live the Catholic Faith and the Commandments well, if the Marian refuge can be carried out anyway, without the other members attached to Catholic doctrine being affected.”

“Everything is prevented by the Mother of Heaven and by me; If the whole family does not agree to lead a Christian life, they will say this prayer apart from the other:”

PRAYER TO HELP NONBELIEVERS ESTABLISH HOME REFUGE:
I, as an inhabitant of this house, and wanting to form my Marian home, I untie every bond of sin that binds this family and I release them in the name of the Blood of Christ from all bad influences that affect our family, putting them at the feet of the Holy Cross, binding their sins and freeing them from them, in order to be free and carry out the constitution of this Marian home, since it is under the main protection of the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe, Saint Michael the Archangel, the Holy Trinity and all of Heaven. AMEN

“Thus they will bind at the feet of the Holy Cross of Christ, all sin that does not allow this Marian home to be constituted.  Also find a hymn dedicated to me, the one you like and recite it also at the end of your prayers.  Say the prayers every day and keep faith and peace, and trust in the hands of Christ, the arms of Mary, the shelter of the Father, the light of the Holy Spirit and my protection.  Cheer up!  And forward warriors of my militant army.  This Marian home is dedicated to you with affection by all of Heaven and by me, its protector.”  (Note, see the Chaplet of Saint Michael Archangel under the Appendix in Volume 3).

(October 19, 2023, mystic, Lorena Portillo) Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe: “When the Angel of Justice Passes by Your Homes, You Should Have Prepared Yourselves Beforehand by Marking Your Homes, Your Hearts and Souls With the Blood of the Lamb. And How You Will Do This: You Will Bless With the Blood of My Son Your Whole Being and that of Your Families by Covering Yourselves With It. And Protect Your Homes by Placing Salt, Oil and Exorcised Water in the Corners of the Houses, Doors and Windows.”

Recommended Daily Prayer: Saint Joseph Invisible Protection Prayer (Modified): This prayer was originally given to Latin-American mystic, Lorena Portillo, on December 1, 2020.  This prayer makes oneself, his family and his home invisible against physical and spiritual threats.  It should be recited in front of a blessed representation of the Holy Family while in a state of grace (no mortal sin).

I ……… (full name aloud), as a child of God the Father and Loved so much by Him and as part of His Faithful People, I cry out for the help of all of Heaven and of the Poor Souls, asking for the Spiritual Intercession of Saint Joseph, the Blessed Virgin Mary, my Lord Jesus Christ, God the Father and The Holy Spirit, in the face of this situation that threatens my Physical and Spiritual integrity, such as the implantation of the Vaccine against Covid in my body AND OTHER THREATS LIKE THE MARK OF THE BEAST, through the Protection and Intercession of the Mighty Saint Michael, I ask all His Retinue of Angels to come to my aid and make me and my family invisible in the face of this threat, so that Protected and Guided by my Protector Saint Joseph, we can be Guarded by Myriads of Angels and Poor Souls who defend against this imposition worldwide. Amen.

The Appendix in Volume 3 has images of the Holy Family that may be used, as well as information on the Divine Law and how to reconcile oneself with God through either Baptism, Confession, or Prayer.  During persecution, you may also use a Cross of Forgiveness (Cross of Pardon) to stay in a state of grace before God.  See the Appendix for End Times Sacramentals: Holy Crosses / Crucifixes.  Finally, people should pray daily the Most Holy Rosary for the welfare and protection of the poor souls in purgatory.  See the Appendix for the Rosary prayer.
